We believe reporting a claim should be easy. That’s why you have the option of reporting a claim through your broker or directly to a representative from The Guarantee. To make it as convenient as possible, we offer several ways to contact us regarding claims:

If you are a customer with Transportation (Trucking) insurance:

  • For urgent assistance, we offer 24-hour transportation claim and non-claim incident reporting services at 1-800-847-0959.

If you are a customer with Homeowner & Automobile insurance:

  • For urgent assistance, we offer 24-hour claims reporting services at 1-888-998-1872
  • For windshield claims, please call 1-800-265-4262
