The Guarantee supports communities affected by B.C. wildfires by donating $10,000 to the Canadian Red Cross
Toronto, ON, July 12, 2017 – With a great number of wildfires spreading throughout British Columbia, The Guarantee Company of North America (The Guarantee) immediately responded by implementing a dedicated Emergency Response Team to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service to policyholders impacted by the wildfires. To further demonstrate our commitment to support, The Guarantee has donated $10,000 to the Canadian Red Cross BC Fires Appeal to help communities across the province that have been impacted by the wildfires.

In conjunction with our broker partners, The Guarantee’s Claims management team is ready to support impacted customers, working closely and collaboratively with our local third party adjusters. Senior claims adjusters will be deployed as soon as authorities allow access to the affected areas to provide immediate, in-person claims support to customers as needed.
